Wellness brand built for people who care deeply about their pets and approach health decisions thoughtfully and practically - especially as their pets age. The identity needed to feel trustworthy without being intimidating; emotional without being manipulative, scientific without becoming sterile & clear and reassuring for a predominantly 50+ audience.

The focus was on creating a system that supports confident, informed decision-making without overwhelming the user. The goal was to balance empathy with clarity, and science with approachability, while maintaining a calm, confident presence, with a touch of playfulness.
Feel
Heliolab combines Helio (light, energy; Derived from Ancient Greek word ἥλιος (hḗlios), meaning "sun") with Lab (precision, research).
Deep, saturated blues communicate trust, authority, and medical credibility, while high-contrast layouts and generous spacing improve readability and reduce cognitive strain.
The system is expressive but controlled - allowing the product and message to lead.
